Q1:What is it\'s speed measurement range?A1:Measures Muzzle Velocityfrom30 m/s ~ 400 m/s (90 ft/s ~ 1200 ft/s).
Q2:It shows TOUT when trun on, what is the meaning?
A2:TOUT (Time Out) means that you are not shooting straight center into the tube of the chrono.Even 3 degrees off will be a TOUT reading.If you are using a long rifle (M16, M4 with silenser, it will be harder to align the gun with the chrono.put the chrono on a table, or mount it on a camera tripod, then look at the SIDE of the gun as you align the barrel into the tube.Make sure it is straight up & down, and more umportantly, side to side.Keep practicing.
